Our Music Ministry

Summer is a quieter time in the Music Ministry...not a quiet time, just a quieter time. With the choirs and ensembles out of session for the Summer, and my having attended an inspiring workshop last week at Yale's Institute of Sacred Music, and the 2017-2018 Fountain Music Series 'in place' (see below), I will spend part of my Summer planning music (some things old and some things new), contracting musicians (for the Christmas Concert), working out calendars, and, in general, gearing up for another season of music-making.

Stay tuned now for some special Summer music gratefully offered by various members of the church.
