Worship in July brings the history of God’s liberation of ancient Israel (the Exodus under Moses’ leadership) together with the “I am” sayings of Jesus in the Gospel of John.

Hymn highlights for July 11 and 18: We will celebrate the two Founding Fathers of modern hymnody. On July 11 all three hymns will be by Charles Wesley and on July 18 they will be by Isaac Watts. These two giants of the 1700s set the course for Protestant worship for centuries to come.
