FCC Financial Update
Thanks to all members and friends of the church for helping to put FCC on solid ground financially. We ended 2011 in the black, with a positive cash balance in the Operating Fund of $38,000. For the third year in a row, this was very good news.
But the year 2012 has seen a slow-down in giving, which may start to negatively affect our monthly cash flow. Your Trustees and Stewardship Committee want to bring this situation to your attention before it becomes a more serious problem.
If you made a Faith Commitment for your financial support of the church, please do everything possible to keep your giving up to date. If you did not make a Faith Commitment, there is still time to do so (forms are available at the church or contact Financial Secretary Bob Yates). If you do not make a Faith Commitment, but make regular offerings, we hope that you will keep up your giving on a timely basis.
If everyone who has made a Faith Commitment for 2012 stays current with giving, or can get caught up, the church will be able to remain in a sound financial position.
