H.O.M.E. NEEDS
FREEZERS & MATTRESSES
The H.O.M.E. Trip Trucks leave in four weeks (June 22) for our annual trip to Maine. We are in search of good sized freezers and gently used refrigerators.
If you Indicated earlier this year that you had a freezer or refrigerator PLEASE contact Dan Reidy AGAIN...the list was misplaced
We plug the freezers & refrigerators in at the church, fill them with our weeks worth of meals, let them stand overnight, load them full onto the Ryder trucks, drive to Maine and plug them back in immediately at the church that allows us the use of their facilities in Orland, Maine. After our use they are left for the shelters and for those in need.
We also need some clean mattresses for all of the eight shelters HOME runs.
If anyone has a freezer, refrigerator, or mattress they could donate - PLEASE call Dan Reidy 203-798-6310 and they will pick it up and gladly supply you with a tax receipt.
