Mission Overview
Founded in 1970 by the Rev. Alonzo Smalls, Rev. Dr. Joseph D. Clemmons, Sr. and Rev. Henry Yordon, Pivot Ministries is a Christ-centered, Bible-based treatment program for drug and alcohol addiction. With residential facilities in Bridgeport and Norwalk, men suffering from addiction commit their lives to Christ and receive the support and care only He can provide.

Church members witness the profound impact Christ has had on these men by periodically preparing and sharing meals with the men and attending their worship service. In addition, the Pivot Men's Choir shares its unique spiritual gift through song and testimony during visits to FCC.
