H.O.M.E. Trip 2010
"SIGN-UP PROCEDURE"
June 26th - July 2nd, 2010
This year we will continue the new process we adopted last year for signing up for the H.O.M.E. Trip - please read the instructions below……… we have a Pre-Sign-Up Process so you can drop off your application quickly. We will not be tracking the order or time an application is received so you can come at your leisure anytime during the sign-up night on Thursday, March 11th, 6:30 - 8:30 PM. No prior drop-offs accepted!
Forms may be dropped off in Lund Hall by the participant and/or a parent. Forms will be reviewed immediately and any corrections will need to be made at that time.
We are hopeful that this will streamline the process and should minimize your time commitment. You will be notified by mail the following week.
As you may know, each year we try to take as many (or all) of the applicants as possible and will continue to endeavor to do so.

H.O.M.E. Trip 2010 Sign-Up Procedure
PLEASE NOTE…… A CHANGE IN THE REGISTRATION PROCESS
Forms/Money Drop Off Date:
Thursday, March 11th ~ 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM (at your convenience)
- Come by to drop off all forms and registration money($300) / Forms will be checked - leave a large self-addressed stamped envelope
Rally Night Kick-Off -- MANDATORY ATTENDANCE
Thursday, April 8th ~ 7:30 PM - 9:00 PM
- All youth, notified by mail, planning to participate in this year's trip, must attend the Rally Kick-off accompanied by a parent
Procedure:
- Forms for the trip are available to the left under "Sign-Up Forms" (there are 3 -- Participant Info, Covenant, and Work Release). Forms may also be picked up at The First Congregational Church.
- Forms must be completed in full, and dropped off on March 11th 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM (at your convenience). They must be signed by both youth participant and parent. Registration money ($300) and a self-addressed stamped large envelope must be turned in with the forms that evening to hold your space.
